Welcome to The Leadership Course

At The Leadership Course, we believe every young man deserves a place to discover his God-given identity and develop his leadership. In a culture that confuses masculinity and attacks biblical leadership, we stand beside churches, parents, and parachurch ministries to disciple the next generation of servant leaders. Our four-year Christ-centered program partners with local faith communities to help young men encounter Jesus, experience transformation, and return to their churches equipped to lead through service with integrity, courage, and compassion. Through scripture, discipleship, adventure, and leadership development we serve our local communities and churches by forming young men who know who they are in Christ — and live to advance His Kingdom.
