We believe there is one true God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — the Creator and sustainer of all things. He has existed eternally in perfect unity and revealed Himself through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Jesus lived a sinless life, died for the sins of mankind, rose again in victory, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father as our intercessor and advocate. Through His life, death, and resurrection, we are reconciled to God and given full access to the power and authority of His Kingdom on earth. (Deuteronomy 6:4–5; John 17:21; Ephesians 4:6; Hebrews 1:8; 1 Timothy 2:5–6)
We believe the Holy Spirit is active and present today, empowering believers to live transformed lives. He convicts, comforts, and equips us with spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. The Spirit enables us to walk in strength, wisdom, and boldness—becoming men and women who reflect the heart of Christ to the world. (John 16:7–15; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:16; 1 Corinthians 12:7)
We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and written through men who were moved by Him. Scripture is our ultimate authority—our compass for truth, leadership, and discipleship. It reveals God’s heart, His design for humanity, and the way we are called to live in the power of His Kingdom today. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105)
We believe the Church is not just brick and mortar—it is the sons and daughters of the King, living temples filled with the Spirit of God. Jesus said, “Where two or three are gathered in My name, there I am in their midst.” (Matthew 18:20) The Church is the living body of Christ, advancing His mission on the earth. We gather not out of tradition but out of transformation—building brotherhood, carrying one another’s burdens, and igniting revival wherever we go. (Matthew 18:20; Ephesians 2:19–22; Acts 2:42–47)
We believe discipleship is not content—it’s life together. Jesus didn’t hold classroom sessions; He walked with His men. He taught as they traveled, healed as they watched, and trained them through both success and failure. He corrected them, sent them out, and called them back to debrief and grow. In The Leadership Course, we follow the same rhythm—living life together, learning through obedience, failing forward, and forging unbreakable faith in the process. (Mark 3:14; Luke 9:1–6; John 13:1–17; Matthew 28:18–20)
We believe the Kingdom of God is not a distant hope—it is here and now. Jesus mentioned “the Kingdom of God” more than 80 times in the Gospels, revealing both its power and order. The Book of Acts—often called the Book of the Holy Spirit—shows how that same power continued through the apostles and still moves through us today. The Kingdom of God is active, present, and advancing through every believer who walks in the authority of Christ. (Mark 1:15; Luke 4:43; Acts 1:8; Romans 14:17)
We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. No one can earn it or deserve it—it is the free gift of God’s love. Through repentance and faith, we are forgiven, reborn by the Spirit, and restored into right relationship with the Father. (Ephesians 2:8–9; John 1:12; Romans 10:9–10)
We believe healing and restoration are part of the Christian life. Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61; Luke 4:18–19). Through life in Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit, men are healed from wounds of the past, restored to their true identity, and renewed in strength to lead their families, churches, and communities. The Leadership Course exists to guide that process—through teaching, brotherhood, confession, and the refining fire of discipleship. (James 5:16; Galatians 6:1–2; 2 Corinthians 5:17)
We believe baptism and communion are sacred acts of obedience and remembrance. Baptism by immersion symbolizes our death to sin and resurrection to new life. Communion reminds us of Christ’s sacrifice and His promised return. (Romans 6:1–5; Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 11:23–34)
We believe Jesus will return as King, bringing both salvation and judgment. Until that day, we live ready—advancing the Kingdom, raising disciples, and leading others into freedom through Christ. (Acts 1:9–11; Matthew 24:30; Revelation 22:12)
We believe eternity is real—every person will live forever, either united with God through Christ or separated from Him. We exist to help men and women step into their divine purpose now, living lives that echo into eternity. (Revelation 20:11–15; John 3:16; Matthew 25:46)
