Michael "007" Clothier was part of the original team that brought Leadership to the U.S. in 2014 and has served the movement for 20+ years, shaping courses and mentoring young men across Brisbane (Australia) and New Zealand. A steady hand in facilitator development and stateside expansion, he calls young men to meet Jesus, encounter His presence, be transformed, and walk in lifelong relationship—then multiply it in others.
A Captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve with the 452d Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (March ARB), Michael brings mission discipline to discipleship. Leadership-relevant highlights include Distinguished Graduate at Officer Training School (2021) and Airman Leadership School (2019), Airman of the Quarter (452d AMW), Director of Operations for RESOLUTE SENTINEL 2023 (Peru), and service on the Wing Inspection Team and as OIC, Self-Inspection. He holds a Master of Business & Technology (UNSW), applying strategic leadership to build men who lead.
